How Quickly Do You Get Results From Zumba

Breaded Shrimp with Coconut and Mango Salad 4 spices

Because there are days like this, or has been necessary sweetness, exotic ... I thought this recipe for it recently in the magazine "Gourmet" in September 2009.
I brought the original recipe several changes including the presentation I preferred shrimp skewers of five, I found it easier to cook breaded shrimp that way, rather than to make the unit not to mention the aesthetic;)
Originally, there were half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper that I replaced with allspice, one I use in there cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, mace and allspice, this wonderful blend comes Docks spices in Bordeaux. I can only advise you to add the allspice allspice in tone if there is not the basis, which would bring added value olfactory significant, both say that happiness for your nose hair;) A small thing in terms of mango, if you do not find it, think about taking a small look at the frozen ray, I recommend you take mangoes in syrup that are likely ( if you can say it like that !) crashing and pureed finish what we does not in this dish, it will be more harmonious to the eye to keep your pieces of mango cubes over, if only for your tastebuds ... it's more enjoyable!
is a simple recipe that takes only fifteen minutes of your time, in terms of cooking ten minutes in a frying pan will do. I used the coconut oil to stay in the same flavors, this oil is found in organic grocery stores, it resembles in texture with paraffin but you did not look at her because she is extra for cooking, which gives off the smell and taste delicious food is given to test!
