For a rectangular pan 25 x 20 cm:
In a large bowl, mix:
400 g finely grated squash
150 gr flour 50 gr
almonds (or hazelnuts)
100 g berries of barberry fresh
100 gr sugar 2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder 3 tablespoons
water orange blossom
25 grams of olive oil
Pour into greased pan, bake 30 min oven preheated to 200 °
Cut into squares.
